Administration - ECommerce Specialist

Job Type: ECommerce Specialist
Location: Head Office, Burnaby
Employment Type: Full-Time

Details:

Work Week: Rotation (Monday to Friday) and (Sunday to Thursday)
Must be available to work Statutory Holidays on rotation basis

Duties:

*Manage all online orders for shipping 
*Prepare regular, repeat, and new orders for processing. Use computer program to convert documents received via email &/or fax 
*Responds to emails and other forms of communication from customers 
*Promote and sell products when opportunity arises
*Ensures a high professional standard of service and performance by actively participating in other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

*Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills, with the ability to demonstrate patience and tolerance and exercise tact, diplomacy and good judgement when dealing with all customers.
*Excellent time management, initiative, and organizational skills – Ability to maintain deadlines
*Basic working knowledge of various computer systems and programs including Microsoft Office, Gmail.
*Asset but not a requirement: Quickbooks, Shopify, ShipStation and any other E commerce platforms.
*Accuracy and a strong attention to detail
*Ability to work independently & also work co-cooperatively in a team environment.
*Strong work ethic and willingness to take on varied tasks as required
