Description: This is a lot of Red Catuai variety, produced by João Hamilton on his farm Sítio Canaã. This selection really stood out for us for its almost overwhelming levels of sweetness and wonderfully clean mouthfeel. Look forward to a soft, rounded structure with notes of ripe, red berries and vanilla.

Description: This is a fully washed lot from the Los Cedros section of Onias Guerrero's farm, Tres Quebradas. In the cup, we found a really lively and sparkling acidity profile reminding us of pomegranate alongside a creamy and lingering structure remeniscent of white chocolate.
