49th Parallel Crop To Cup Story

A new relationship for 49th, we sourced this coffee, produced by Alvaro Oviedo, working with 100 Libras in Costa Rica.

Owned and operated by Rebecca and Ricardo Moya, at 100 Libras they are working to source and showcase quality focussed producers in Costa Rica and develop lasting relationships between farmers and roasters.

Alvaro Oviedo’s farm is situated at 1550 m.a.s.l, located in the West Valley coffee producing region (San Luis, Grecia specifically). This geisha lot from Alvaro was honey processed, 100% sun dried and processed at the Sonora micro-mill.
