Description: This is a natural processed lot produced by Wako Aba in Kochere, Ethiopia. We were extremely impressed with the quality of processing on this lot, combining everything we love about Ethiopian coffee into one cup! Expect a clean, lingering and buttery texture, rounded ripe fruit acidity like yellow mango and papaya, alongside complex aromatics like jasmine tea and peach.
