I bought this cup a couple weeks ago and I was quite happy with its color and size for my daily Latte.
This morning, the bottom of the cup fell off while I was making my Latte with my espresso machine. Knowing that I’ve always hand washed the cup, and only had it for a couple of weeks, I’m really disappointed with the quality of the cup.
I’m writing this review to let customers know to be extremely careful with the quality of the product and make sure to keep the receipt in case of having any issues with the cup. Today I went to the store at the Main St. location and shared my experience with the manager and he refused to return or exchange it, since I didn’t keep the receipt.
