For the Holiday Blend Filter this year we combined two organic washed coffees that complement each other beautifully. A balanced medium roast, the Mexico San Cristobal brings warmth in the form of chocolate, roasted chestnuts and hot chocolate, while the Peru layers refreshing mandarin orange and meyer lemon notes.

A blend of organic coffees from Latin America, the Holiday Blend combines a nutty, chocolatey Mexico from the town of San Cristobal de las Casas in Chiapas, with a pleasantly bright, nuanced Peru from Jaen, Cajamarca.
