The perfect gift for the Holiday: Featuring our two limited edition holiday filter roasts: 

1. Holiday Single Origin Filter: This is a fully washed lot of Pacas variety produced by Carlos Damian on his farm, Bella Vista. This coffee has a full, syrupy mouthfeel and clean sweetness that we always search for when selecting a coffee for our Holiday Filters. We also really enjoyed the more lively notes in the cup such as red apricot and berries, which in addition to the roundness of body, makes for a very fitting coffee for the season.

2. Holiday Filter Blend: For the Holiday Blend Filter this year we combined two organic washed coffees that complement each other beautifully. A balanced medium roast, the Mexico San Cristobal brings warmth in the form of chocolate, roasted chestnuts and hot chocolate, while the Peru layers refreshing mandarin orange and meyer lemon notes.
