1. Holiday Filter 

CHOCOLATE CAKE · DRIED BERRIES · SYRUPY

From the Vides family, we always get very balanced yet flavorful lots to choose from and this one is no different. Expect a very mouth-filling cup, with a chocolaty base rounded off with soft berry-like acidity. A great companion to holiday sweets!

2. Holiday Espresso

CHERRY · HONEY · PLUM JAM

This coffee was a real standout for us in our 2021 selections from Honduras and was an easy choice for our Holiday Espresso. It is a fully washed process lot of pacas, produced by Ramon Rodriguez at his farm La Bendicion. Look forward to an ultra-ripe fruit character, alongside dense honey sweetness and a full, velvety mouthfeel.

Filter: 1 gram of freshly ground coffee to 16-17g water / Slurry temperature (coffee+water): 200 - 205 ̊F / 93 - 96 ̊C / Extraction: 20 - 21% / TDS 1.38-1.41%

Espresso: 18 grams of freshly ground coffee / Timer for 28 - 32 seconds / Pull 37 - 39 grams of liquid espresso / Grouphead at 200 - 201°F / 9 bars at machine gauge
