Grown in the high elevations of Banko Gotiti in Ethiopia’s famed Yirgacheffe region, this natural processed coffee reflects the delicate clarity and elegance the area is known for. Ripe cherries are carefully dried on raised beds, concentrating fruit sweetness while preserving a refined, tea-like structure.
