Excellent mid-range low-acid espresso bean, grinds nicely without too much scatter.

Smooth, rich & consistent

I blend this with 49th Parallel Swiss Water Decaf for my Rocket espresso morning flat white. They compliment each other very well for a smooth, rich and nutty flavour. I love both coffee’s consistency allowing me to maintain the same grinding profile every time. My recipe is as follows: - 18.5 grams of a 50/50 coffee mix as described above with an espresso extraction of 42 grams. - My frothing mix consists of 125ml - A2 2% milk, 125ml - Natura unsweetened almond beverage, 2 tsp of MCT oil, 2 tsp of collagen and 1 tsp of natural vanilla extract, all mixed and frothed to 153 degrees F.

Organic Espresso is my favourite!

I love this espresso. It is well balanced, chocolatey and feels satisfyingly round. I look forward to that first cup (probably more than I should) every morning!
