Description: This is a washed Pacas lot from El Ocotillo, our first relationship in Honduras, and a perfect coffee to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. Sugary sweet, syrupy & creamy body, with a lingering floral finish, this makes for a perfect single origin Espresso selection.

Description: This is a beautiful washed lot, a blend of pacas and bourbon varietals. Sometimes we prefer to separate the varieties, other times they are both so good and complementary, that we blend them together to create a slightly larger micro lot. Here we find an elegant and plush espresso coffee with peach and strawberry jam notes.
