Description: In this espresso from El Recuerdo, expect a hyper sweet and syrupy cup reminiscent of raspberry jam, alongside black cherry with lingering aftertaste.

Description: We chose a lot from Carlos Damian that has great intensity, lingers on the palate, and has exuberant blackberry and tropical fruit notes. This light-medium roast espresso showcases the beauty of the coffees of Santa Barbara, Honduras - bright, crisp, complex - while also adding a layer of holiday warmth.

Description: This is a beautiful washed lot, a blend of pacas and bourbon varietals. Sometimes we prefer to separate the varieties, other times they are both so good and complementary, that we blend them together to create a slightly larger micro lot. Here we find an elegant and plush espresso coffee with peach and strawberry jam notes.
