Nostalgia Completes my Quest to Dial In my Coffee Bliss

We spent more than two years actively searching for the sweet spot for our coffee values and our coffee palate. Our criteria required freshly ground, ethically sourced, locally roasted, organic coffee that played well with our Niche Grinder and our Flair Pro 2 (hand pulled, Stainless steel, zero plastic) Espresso Maker. The best coffee

We love your coffees!! This year we ordered 4, holiday espresso and holiday filter, plus nostalgia and the breakfast blend. The flavour points are so noticeable and delicious. It was such a smooth and aromatic cup of coffee!!

Great Taste with Hario V60

I have been drinking your French Roast for many years, using a French press, it’s my favourite but I just tried this bean and while it was good using my French press, I couldn’t get it to taste great. So I tried the YouTuber barista James Hoffman method for the Hario V60 and it is great. This might just replace the French Roast as my favourite. I’ll try that one on the Hario V60 also before I decide though.

Good and comfy

It's a pretty good coffee. Definitely drink it for the roast flavor. I have had it a lot in the past year. Four stars isn't discrediting it. It's just a good ol coffee. I'd suggest it to someone who wants to try different kinds of coffee. Me as a snob is it my to go to? No but I do enjoy it.
