Will my Breville machine be shipped with my coffee?
Breville items are shipped separately from your coffee order. All Breville products are fulfilled directly by Breville Canada and delivered via UPS Ground, with delivery restricted to addresses within Canada only (excluding PO Boxes). Items are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit, but please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your item appears damaged, do not attempt to use it — contact onlines@49thcoffee.com immediately, no later than 7 business days after delivery.
Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
No — once an order has been submitted, we're unable to make changes, cancel, or re-route it. This includes updates to the shipping address for Breville items, which are fulfilled directly by Breville Canada shortly after your order is placed. To avoid any issues, please double-check your shipping address, order details, and payment information carefully before completing your purchase.
