Grown by smallholder farmers in Ethiopia’s famed Yirgacheffe region and naturally sun-dried at the Banko Chelchele station, this Supernatural lot captures the expressive beauty of Gedeo’s high elevations. The cup opens with sweet, strawberry-forward aromatics and layers of tropical fruit and apricot. A bright orange-citrus acidity and creamy, dessert-like sweetness bring balance and depth, while the syrupy texture and lingering finish showcase the lush, fruit-saturated elegance that defines Ethiopia’s most celebrated terroir.
