Aeropress
Steps:
- Pre-wet filter with hot water. Place V60 + Decanter onto scale. Add 20g ground coffee into filter. Tare scale and start timer.
- Gently pour 60g of hot water over coffee. Vigorously swift the V60 and decanter in order to mix the dry coffee thoroughly with water.
- At 30sec, gently but steadily pour the remaining 270g of water. Once finished pouring, carefully take the handle of the V60 and spin it 1-2 revolutions.
- Allow water drawdown to complete (aim for the roughly 3:30 mark). Stir to indorporate the layers and enjoy!
