This bourbon varietal from Sitio Seriema is a pulped natural process, dried in the cherry lot that leans towards a soft round acidity, brown sugar sweetness and golden raisin finish.
SOURCING STORY
Ivan and Rose dos Santos run Sitio Seriema, an elegent farm in the town of Caconde, Cerro do Cigano region of São Paulo state. Partnering with the exporter Fazenda Ambiental Forteleza (FAF) since 2008, Sitio Seriema has been focused on quality coffee produced sustainably. Sitio Sierema is a pioneer of the regenerative practices promoted by FAF, significantly reducing the use of conventional weed control inputs, while moving to slow release fertilizers and cover crops.
