1. Ethiopia Daye Bensa (Light Filter Roast, Washed)

Description:
From Ethiopia we sourced a beautiful washed coffee from the the Bensa Washing Station sitting between 1900 - 2330 m.a.s.l. in the Sidama region. This was one of the best washed Ethiopia single origins we tasted all year, and we are excited to offer it in this trio. The washed Ethiopia Daye Bensa is a classic Ethiopia profile with jasmine blossom and apricot notes.
2. Costa Rica El Vapor Natural (Light Filter Roast, Natural)
Strawberry Jam · Pink Lemonade · Floral
Description:
The Costa Rica El Vapor Natural, comes from the Dota region (1550 -1950 m.a.s.l.), from a cooperative by the name of Coopedota. The traditional natural process was completed using a carbon-neutral method, resulting in rich strawberry jam and floral notes.
3. Ecuador Hacienda La Papaya #38 (Light Filter Roast, Washed)

Description:
From Ecuador we sourced one of our favourite varietals, Sidra, from the famed Hacienda La Papaya, located in the southern region of Loja sitting around 2100 m.a.s.l. This washed lot encompasses the juicy kiwi, pear, and honey notes we love about this unique to Ecuador varietal.
