Just right!

I’ve tried Epic, old school and blue sky. They are all good but this one is the right bite of old school with a lighter finish, love it!

Very nice balance between the Old School and Epic

I have a Rancilio Silvia and have tested the Epic, Old School and Middle School espressos. I love the Epic when having it from a coffee shop (with a commercial machine), but my Silvia doesn't do a good job with it. The Middle School is perfectly extracted on the Silvia with a nice subtle sweet taste and balanced acidity. Very yummy. The 49th Parallel team is also so efficient: ordered on the 22nd, product was roasted on the 23rd and order received on the 25th. Outstanding!

Great coffee for a Cappuccino

For espresso, I love the Epic Blend, but find too mild for a cappuccino. Middle School has the perfect balance of strength/flavour for a cappuccino.

My new favorite espresso

I’d use only these beans if I could - I’m in US so order when I can. This espresso blend is by far my favorite, great cream and flavor without the acidity or bitterness. Fabulous!
