Description
La Danta is a well balanced washed coffee from the highlands of Huehutenango, Guatamala. Roasted to a medium level, this lot shows notes of ripe, sweet and candied citrus, and decadent chocolate candy.
SOURCING STORY
Our relationship with Vides Coffee goes back many years, and includes some of our top microlot offerings. La Danta is a larger lot from the Vides Family Farms, grown at 1600 meters in the Huehuetenango region. It has become a staple coffee within the 49th offerings, because it is so versatile and crowd pleasing.
