My only coffee - although it is across the country

My go-to coffee with my Silvia (Rancilio machine). I keep trying others because it's so far from Qubec, but haven't met its match. Good job guys!

This is my favourite coffee and it is very convenient to have it shipped to me in Alberta. I like the flavour notes. Ihave not been to Vancouver for a year and I am pleased to shop online.

Tough to Decide

Have been buying 49th espresso for many years. Choosing between Epic, Old School and Middle School always a challenge so dont even try. We just buy a mix of the three when we order. Always great.

I’ve tried Epic, old school and blue sky. They are all good but this one is the right bite of old school with a lighter finish, love it!

Very nice balance between the Old School and Epic

I have a Rancilio Silvia and have tested the Epic, Old School and Middle School espressos. I love the Epic when having it from a coffee shop (with a commercial machine), but my Silvia doesn't do a good job with it. The Middle School is perfectly extracted on the Silvia with a nice subtle sweet taste and balanced acidity. Very yummy. The 49th Parallel team is also so efficient: ordered on the 22nd, product was roasted on the 23rd and order received on the 25th. Outstanding!
