Description:
Grown by member farmers of the Sholi Cooperative in Rwanda’s highland Muhanga District, this fully washed Bourbon highlights the region’s signature clarity and sweetness. Handpicked up to 2,000 metres and carefully fermented, it delivers a bright, fruit-forward cup.
As this year’s North Star Espresso (medium), expect orange and red apple up front, finished with smooth honeyed sweetness and a clean, tea-like lift.
