This year's holiday coffees are sourced from two of our favourite producing partners in Honduras. We have roasted both to bring out festive and comforting flavour notes to celebrate the holidays.

1. Holiday Single Origin Espresso:
We chose a lot from Carlos Damian that has great intensity, lingers on the palate, and has exuberant blackberry and tropical fruit notes. This light-medium roast espresso showcases the beauty of the coffees of Santa Barbara, Honduras - bright, crisp, complex - while also adding a layer of holiday warmth.

2. Holiday Single Origin Filter: 
Piedras Amarillas has legendary Pacas lots - and this is no exception. It exudes character, focusing on lychee and stone fruit, with excellent body and a lingering complexity. This light roast single origin filter is sure to "brighten" your holidays!
