This year's holiday coffees are sourced from two of our favourite producing partners in Colombia. We have roasted both to bring out festive and comforting flavour notes to celebrate the holidays.

1. Holiday Single Origin Espresso:

This year’s Holiday Single Origin Espresso comes from Carlos Guamanga’s El Recuerdo farm in Colombia. Showcasing a fully washed Caturra lot, this coffee offers a honey-like sweetness, bright orange citrus, and notes of red apple that linger smoothly on the palate.

Roasted to a light-medium profile, it delivers a cup that’s both vibrant and comforting; a perfect reflection of the season’s warmth and celebration.

2. Holiday Single Origin Filter: 

From the hills of Huila, Colombia, this exceptional Las Mercedes lot offers a delicate and balanced cup. Expect notes of pear, honey, and jasmine, with a soft sweetness and elegant floral finish.

Lightly roasted to highlight its natural clarity and brightness, this coffee captures the gentle warmth and joy of the holiday season — a perfect companion for slow winter mornings.
