Rwanda Sholi is equally at home in espresso and filter applications, and this time we dialled the roast specifically with Iced Coffee in mind. Expect a cup profile that is chocolatey and smooth, and is able to stand up to ice, as well as a splash of milk.

Ice Roast Brewing: Please see our brewing guide ICED CHEMEX (https://49thcoffee.com/blogs/brew-guides/iced-chemex). Regular Brewing: 1 gram of freshly ground coffee to 16-17g water / Slurry temperature (coffee+water): 200 - 205 ̊F – 93 - 96 ̊C / Extraction: 20 - 21% / TDS 1.38-1.41%
