Q: How do I change my email address I use to sign in?
A: If you'd like to change your email address on file, please send us an email at support@49thcoffee.com and we will change it for you.
Q: Has the payment for my order gone through?
A: Please contact us at https://49thcoffee.com/pages/contact. We will check the status of your order for you.
We will check the system for an order and if we've received payment. If confirmed that we did not, please see below on the next step.
Since you see a charge on your payment method, please note that it is currently a pending transaction. If your credit card/bank company processes it as a posted transaction, you can dispute it and let them know 49th didn't receive payment. No action is needed from our end. The posted transaction is under their system, and they would need to provide you with assistance.
