Description: This spectacular lot from João Hamilton is a natural processed Sumatra varietal. It has fruity and tropical notes in the cup, along with fantastic acidity.

Description: This is a washed process AA lot delivered in cherry to the Kiriani factory. The washing station has a cherry clerk who oversee delivery, ensuring that only ripe cherry is accepted. Coffee is fermented for 12-16 hours before being washed and dried on raised beds. This particular lot was characterized by notes fresh fruit, with sweet malic acidity.
