Description: This is a fully washed lot of Bourbon, produced by Greenco and the smallholder producers at Nemba station that they work with. In the cup, explosively juicy and clean fruit acidity combines with a ripe, syrupy mouthfeel to create a fantastic representation of the highest quality coffee from Burundi.

2. Holiday Single Origin Filter

Description: This is a fully washed lot of Pacas variety produced by Carlos Damian on his farm, Bella Vista. This coffee has a full, syrupy mouthfeel and clean sweetness that we always search for when selecting a coffee for our Holiday Filters. We also really enjoyed the more lively notes in the cup such as red apricot and berries, which in addition to the roundness of body, makes for a very fitting coffee for the season.
